As we roll into the last month of June, it is easy to hit a “mid-summer” lull. After working for a few weeks and not having a game for almost 2 months, it is hard to stay focused. If we want to build on the successes of last year and take another step forward, we need to commit ourselves to be at weights and throwing even when we don’t feel like it. The opportunity is to do something great is close to slow down now. Here is this week’s schedule:
Monday – Weights
Tuesday – Weights, Run Game at 6 PM, Throwing at 7 PM, YOUTH CAMP 9-11:45 AM
Wednesday – Eagle Challenge at 7 AM for everyone, YOUTH CAMP 9-11:45 AM
Thursday – Weights, Run Game 6 PM, Defense 6:45 PM, Throwing at 7:15 PM, YOUTH CAMP 9-11:45 AM
Friday – Sunday Off
